Extover® 20L Coarse in a red heavy-duty plastic bucket is a professional safety solution for lithium-ion and LiPo battery storage, transport and fire protection. The coarse expanded glass granulate with a particle size of approximately 1–4 mm is ideal for industrial facilities, workshops, logistics centers, research environments and battery storage applications.
In the event of a fire, the granulate is applied directly onto the fire source. Extover® surrounds the burning material, reduces oxygen supply and supports safe containment of lithium and metal fires. At extremely high temperatures, the material may melt and form a sealing protective layer that helps reduce the risk of reignition.
The robust red heavy-duty plastic bucket provides durable, resealable and easy-to-handle packaging. Its large 20-liter capacity makes it particularly suitable for larger battery storage facilities, charging stations, workshops, logistics operations and industrial safety concepts.
Extover® consists of 100% inorganic expanded glass granulate and is inert, ageing-resistant, acid- and alkali-resistant and maintenance-free. Unlike conventional extinguishing agents, it does not cause typical secondary damage associated with water, foam or powder.
