Payment

The following payment methods are currently available in our shop:

PayPal
PayPal allows you to pay quickly, easily, and securely.
At the end of the ordering process, you will be redirected to PayPal. There you can log in with your existing PayPal account or, depending on your country, pay by direct debit or credit card without an account.

Your payment is usually credited to us immediately

This allows us to process and ship your order quickly.

Your bank or credit card details remain exclusively with PayPal.

Please ensure that you complete the payment process with PayPal so that your order can be processed correctly.

Prepayment (bank transfer)
With the prepayment method, you can conveniently transfer the invoice amount to our bank account.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation with all payment details.

Please enter your order or invoice number in the reference field so that we can clearly identify your payment.

The goods will be shipped once the payment has been credited to our account.

Depending on your bank, it may take 1–2 business days for the payment to be credited to our account. Reserved goods will of course remain reserved for you during this time.

Invoice
For selected customers (e.g., regular customers, corporate customers, or public institutions), we also offer payment by invoice.

You will receive the goods together with the invoice or by email.

The invoice amount must be paid within the payment period specified on the invoice.

Please transfer the outstanding amount to the specified account, quoting the invoice number.

We reserve the right not to offer the invoice payment method in individual cases—e.g., after internal review or based on order history—and to refer to other payment methods.
