Mikropor G
Mikropor G fire protection boards are made from expanded glass granulate and glass fibers and provide high performance fire safety based on 100 percent recycled glass. The boards are classified as non combustible A1 according to DIN EN 13501 1, low in emissions and suitable for interior fit out as well as technical fire protection applications. Thanks to their mechanical strength and thermal insulation properties they enable durable and functional constructions.
In combination with Extover and other SmoliTec components, Mikropor G fire protection boards are particularly suitable for building battery safety enclosures, housings and protective linings for lithium ion batteries. The material is easy to process, can be cut, drilled and milled and integrates smoothly into new and existing projects.
