The SmoliTec Reusable Safety Box V2 is a professional-grade solution for the safe storage and transport of lithium-ion and LiPo batteries. This complete set includes nine Extover fire-protection cushions (5 liters each), combining a UN-certified dangerous-goods container with a highly effective thermal mitigation system.
The Extover cushions are evenly distributed inside the box, creating a reliable thermal buffer. Batteries are placed on, between, and underneath the cushions, ensuring they are fully embedded. This prevents any movement during transport and maximizes heat absorption in the event of a thermal incident.
Once loaded, the box is securely closed and fixed with the included safety strap.
The set is intended for undamaged or slightly damaged batteries in accordance with P908 / LP904. For batteries with a risk of ignition or thermal instability, special authorization under SV 376 is required. Cells that may undergo rapid disassembly, flame formation or hazardous gas release under normal transport conditions may only be shipped under official regulatory approval.
