The LiBa®Safe M from SmoliTec allgäu is a professional safety inner packaging solution for lithium-ion batteries and is ideal for the safe storage, quarantine, and ADR-compliant transport of damaged, defective, or critical batteries.
The robust powder-coated and fire-protected steel container with matching steel lid was specifically developed for professional use in industry, workshops, logistics, recycling companies, research facilities, and public institutions.
The integrated gas management system with HF reduction enables controlled venting of battery gases while reducing hazardous particles and hydrofluoric acid components. The non-combustible internal coating according to DIN 4102-1 / A provides additional protection in critical situations.
For optimal handling, the LiBa®Safe M is equipped with cargo securing rails and heavy-duty special locking systems with protective rails. Crane lifting eyes and forklift pockets are optionally available.
