Extover® fine 0,25 - 0,5 mm
Extover® Fine 0.25–0.5 mm is an ultra-fine glass-based specialty granulate designed for the safe isolation, containment and thermal separation of lithium-ion batteries and critical energy storage systems. Due to its small particle size, the material offers excellent flow characteristics and is ideal for filling small cavities, gaps and fully surrounding damaged or critical battery systems.
The fine granulate features a high bulk density and provides highly uniform surface coverage. This helps reduce oxygen supply, distribute heat more effectively and minimize the risk of uncontrolled chain reactions or thermal runaway.
