We are currently developing new products and solutions based on our extremely fine Extover® Fine 0.25–0.5 mm mineral glass granulate and will gradually integrate them into our product portfolio and website.
Due to its very fine particle size, Extover® Fine offers exceptional flow characteristics and is ideal for filling even the smallest gaps, cavities and complex geometries. This creates many new possibilities for lithium-ion battery applications, battery modules, safety packaging as well as laboratory and development environments.
Compared to coarser granulates, the fine material distributes much more evenly and can optimally surround sensitive components or critical areas. This makes Extover® Fine particularly suitable for applications with limited installation space and high material density requirements.
While our Extover® Coarse variants continue to provide advantages for larger cavities, battery safety boxes, dangerous goods packaging and industrial applications, Extover® Fine opens up entirely new opportunities for more detailed technical and safety-related applications.
