The LiBa® Barrel 30 l with LiBa® Vent Lid is a specially designed empty steel drum intended for use as ADR-compliant inner packaging for the collection, storage, and transport of defective lithium batteries in accordance with SV 377 / ADR 2017. It serves as a safe component within a complete, approved packaging system that meets international transport regulations for lithium batteries.

This barrel is supplied empty (without contents) and can be individually equipped with suitable filling materials such as Extover® fire protection granulate or other approved absorbents. The integrated LiBa® Vent Lid ensures controlled pressure relief in the event of a thermal reaction, significantly reducing the risk of uncontrolled pressure buildup or gas release.
