The LiBa®Safe XLj from SmoliTec allgäu is a professional safety inner packaging solution for lithium-ion batteries and was specifically designed for the safe storage, quarantine, and ADR-compliant transport of damaged, defective, or critical lithium batteries.
The robust powder-coated and fire-protected steel container with matching steel lid provides maximum safety for professional applications. Thanks to its high-profile design, the LiBa®Safe XLj is particularly suitable for larger battery systems, high-voltage batteries, battery packs, and industrial applications in logistics, workshops, recycling facilities, and research institutions.
The integrated gas management system with HF reduction enables controlled venting of battery gases while reducing hazardous particles and hydrofluoric acid components. The non-combustible internal coating according to DIN 4102-1 / A provides additional protection in critical situations.
For safe and convenient handling, the LiBa®Safe XLj is equipped with cargo securing rails and heavy-duty special locking systems with protective rails. Crane lifting eyes and forklift pockets are optionally available.
